The founders of Reel Film are Wayne and Krzysztof who met at the University of Bradford as they both began their journey into the world of TV and Film production through their Batchelor degree course.
They quickly became friends and realised they both shared a passion for the industry and quickly began working on projects together. Their individual skills compensated the others to form an incredibly talented and driven team to take film and video to new levels. Now after years of earning awards and recognition they have come together officially to create Reel Film Productions. The team covers all aspects of video production from pre to post productions, using all the cutting edge techniques, software, equipment and skills to push your video to the next level!
Wayne Ryalls
Director, Sound Guy
Wayne has had an interesting journey before starting Reel Film. He has always had a passion for film and TV but his background is heavily linked with sound and performance. Spending 7 years headlining his own show on local radio, presenting and producing he decided he needed a change.
Having successfully completed his BA Honours at Bradford Wayne has since been training and getting experience with various post production sound houses in the UK as well working with sound recordists on set to have a fully developed sound solution. His other passion is directing and after having some pretty impressive material to his name he's pretty confident he will direct a blockbuster one day and time will tell.
In his spare time Wayne can be found running a local junior football club in his hometown of Doncaster!
Krzysztof Leczycki
The Wizard - camera, lighting, animation, editing
Krzysztof moved to England from Poland to study Film and TV production at the University of Bradford. He has been affectionately nicknamed the Wizard because of his incredible skill with camera, lighting and editing work and regularly had tutors moving nervously in their seats when he asked complicated questions because they didn't know the answers.
Since an early age he has been learning and experimenting with all aspects of filming and lighting. He has years of experience, working on all types of video productions, including some big projects viewed by millions of people.
In his spare time you will the Wizard doing what he does best, filming!
